Chisholms Dining Room
Chisholms is one of the grand old guest house dining rooms on the Blue Mountains. For many visitors there memories of Jenolan are formed, not just of the caves but of their dinging experience at Chisholms.
A regularly changing menu at Chisholms ensures guests will always discover something new with each visit. A good wine selection is also maintained but for many the highlight of the meal comes with dessert. Dessert is often ala carte with a large table filled with a broad selection of temptations.
The name Chisholms comes from a past member of Caves House staff. Miss Chisholm worked at Caves House for many years of which some were spent as dining room supervisor. Many believe she has never left and that her ghost can still be encountered around Caves House.
