JENOLAN CAVES
Mr Vernon, Government Architect paid another visit on Saturday last in conjunction with the new building. Mr Fitzmaurice was also here measuring for the installation of electric light in the new entrance to the Lucas Cave and the continuation of the Left Imperial Cave, also the lighting of the new building.
Tenders have been let for the new post and telegraph office which we hope to see completed at an early date.; also for an artisitc building to be used as a photographer's studio.
Last week, a valuable pig, the property of Mr Jeremiah Wilson was shot by some person. The police were here investigating but were unsuccessful in their search for the culprit.
